Dialogue on Diversity: Honoring Diversity by Advancing Inclusion

Since March of 2008, Thomas M. Costello Jr. has served as the leader of the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion, a 71-year-old human rights and civil justice organization based in Detroit. As a visiting professor at the Athens campus, Costello will address issues of diversity, access and equity. The lecture addresses how each person views the issues of diversity and inclusion through a different lens and how history plays a role in the present state of opportunity, access and justice.
