  leader of the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion\, a 71-year
 -old human rights and civil justice organization based in Detroit. As a vi
 siting professor at the Athens campus\, Costello will address issues of di
 versity\, access and equity. The lecture addresses how each person views t
 he issues of diversity and inclusion through a different lens and how hist
 ory plays a role in the present state of opportunity\, access and justice.
