DESCRIPTION:In this activity\, kids will rip\, tear\, and shred paper to c
 reate a layered landscape. Each torn piece of paper represents a feature o
 f the land. Using glue\, participants will construct a pastoral scene from
  background to foreground. Kids can create anything they can imagine with 
 this simple activity\, suitable for all ages.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout KidsFest\
 nKidsFest is a vibrant\, multi-day festival that brings together local bus
 inesses\, organizations\, and community members to celebrate children with
  a variety of family-friendly events. From June 8-14\, this week-long cele
 bration will not only showcase existing community treasures but also creat
 e opportunities for new gems to emerge. KidsFest offers returning favorite
 s such as the teddy bear clinic\, MessFest\, food tasting\, and cardboard 
 boat race. Additionally\, 2026 will introduce many exciting new programs! 
 KidsFest serves as a fundraiser for the Huntington Children’s Museum.
