DESCRIPTION:Take a break from the rush and reconnect with nature at our Sl
 ow and Steady Hike on June 24th at 7:00 PM. This relaxing guided hike alon
 g the 0.8-mile Box Canyon Trail is designed for those who enjoy a slower p
 ace\, need rest breaks\, or are easing back into hiking after time away\, 
 injury\, or a medical event. We'll move comfortably through the trail\, st
 opping to rest\, enjoy the scenery\, and take in the beauty of the park al
 ong the way. A park naturalist will join the hike to share information abo
 ut the area\, point out interesting features\, and answer questions throug
 hout the evening. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring water. Trekking p
 oles are recommended. The trail does include some hills\, but the focus is
  on enjoying the journey—not speed. Meet at the Cascade Cave parking lot
 .
