 d new addition to our SPARK program - Bluegrass University ! Bluegrass Uni
 versity is an exciting new program designed for middle and high school stu
 dents eager to dive into the rich tradition of bluegrass music. This weekl
 y\, performance-based program offers young musicians the opportunity to le
 arn and play in a band setting\, fostering both individual skill and ensem
 ble collaboration. What Students Can Expect Hands-On Learning : Students w
 ill engage with traditional bluegrass instruments such as the fiddle\, gui
 tar\, banjo\, mandolin\, guitar\, and upright bass\, learning through acti
 ve participation and performance. Band Dynamics : Emphasis is placed on en
 semble playing\, where students will practice rhythm\, harmony\, and impro
 visation\, mirroring the collaborative nature of bluegrass bands. Performa
 nce Opportunities : The program culminates in live performances\, allowing
  students to showcase their progress and experience the thrill of live blu
 egrass music. When: Monday evenings from 7:00- 9:00 PM Cost: $25 Registrat
